Is it possible that grief can give me hope too?
THIS IS A LETTER FROM ONE OF OUR READERS

Hey, I found this page and reread Ocean’s Voung “Notebook Fragments”…it’s beautiful poetry.
The introduction at the beginning talking about fragments made a lot of sense to me, I too carry fragments and even if the pain has been there for a while. I still carry a lot of it within me, grief is what kept me “bending over” as you said but is it possible that this grief can give me hope too?
The hope of being better, of not hurting anyone the way I was once hurt, the hope of changing myself and pilling up more fragments…I am scared of what is going to happen.
But when I read “trust the process, love” it gave me some sort of comfort. I can live by those words today. I need to trust more, thanks for reminding me that there is a beyond from now.
A.
