Dr. Emily M Goldsmith (they/them) is a full time Instructor in English at Louisiana State University. Goldsmith received their Ph.D. in English from the University of Southern Mississippi. They are a poet and educator who is invested in equitable pedagogies and Culturally Responsive Teaching. Their research interests include the circum-caribbean, Victorian Gothic, Creole Studies, Caribbean Studies, Queer Studies, Disability Studies, and Louisiana Literature. (Source)
