Paula Bonnell began writing poems at 15, and continued while a college student, during her first career in financial services, then law school, and her 35 years practicing law in Boston. When her manuscript of
Airs & Voices was selected by Mark Jarman for a Ciardi Prize (BkMk Press 2008), she discontinued the practice of law. Her poems have appeared in
